I believe it’s an important aspect in a man’s personality that he feels wanted and needed. This is not only true physically but emotionally as well.

Grammar will fail me, as I’d like to call this offensive, misguided, ignorant, useless, unfunny, creepy, disgusting, (and old), but I’m not sure how to craft a proper sentence from all those pejoratives.
To steal a couple my favorite comments from Feministing when this was first posted:
“Suggestion 1: Go on dates with real women whom you are, you know, interested in rather than someone you think is hot but you have nothing in common with
    Suggestion 2: DON’T RAPE WOMEN
Suggestion 3: Take something she says and turn it to yourself to engage yourself in the conversation, like “oh, you like the Beatles? I’m more a fan of Blah, do you like them?”
    Suggestion 4: DON’T RAPE WOMEN”

“He’s unable to contribute to a conversation about movies, music, sports, veganism, spirituality, or travel and SHE’S the one who’s vapid and shallow?
    Interesting.”

“She is the one who is self-absorbed because she talks at length about herself and fails to ask about him.

He considers humping her inert, unconscious bod. So he can orgasm. Which is the whole point of the date, to him.

But she is the one who is self-absorbed.

    Total disconnect on the standards.”

Ever since The Game came out, a lot of people have criticized the community and PU in general. These critics of the Pick Up Artists Community say that “gurus” are selling snake oil and that their teachings do more harm than good.
